Terms of Service

1. The service

AppealDraft drafts a Plan of Action (POA) for an Amazon Seller Central suspension or account-health issue. The service is a flat $149 per appeal, paid up front. We deliver a written POA you can review, edit, and submit yourself inside your own Seller Central account.

2. Refund policy

If Amazon issues a final rejection of the appeal we drafted, we refund your $149 in full. We do not refund if you choose not to submit, edit the draft beyond recognition before submitting, or if Amazon issues a “more information needed” response — that is the start of a normal appeals back-and-forth, not a rejection.

3. Assist-mode only

We never log into your Seller Central account. We do not store your Amazon username, password, two-factor codes, session cookies, or authentication tokens, and we do not act inside your account on your behalf. You read the draft, you decide whether to submit, and you click the actual Seller Central submit button yourself. This is consistent with Amazon’s March 2026 Agent Policy.

4. No outcome warranty

Amazon’s Performance Team makes the reinstatement decision. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any appeal will be accepted, that an account will be reinstated, or that any specific response time will be met. The refund in section 2 is your sole remedy.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing the draft before submission, and for any edits you make to it. You are responsible for compliance with Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement and applicable law.

6. Not affiliated with Amazon

AppealDraft is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
