What we collect

  • Your email address, when you submit a form or book an intake call.
  • The information you share on the intake call: your suspension notice, your account history, and what happened — captured as notes by us.
  • The Plan of Action draft we generate for you and any revisions.
  • Standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent) for spam prevention and basic analytics.

What we never collect

  • Your Amazon Seller Central username or password.
  • Your two-factor authentication codes.
  • Your Seller Central session cookies, OAuth tokens, or any other authentication credentials.
  • Anything that would let us, or anyone else, log into your Amazon account.

This is a hard rule, not a preference. We never ask for these and we have no place to store them.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to draft your Plan of Action and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Sub-processors

We use Resend (resend.com) to send transactional email. We use Anthropic (anthropic.com) to power POA drafting. Both are bound by their own data-processing agreements; neither receives your Amazon credentials because we never collect them.

Retention

We retain intake notes and POA drafts for up to 12 months from the date of your engagement, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
